Hands-on advisory and fractional technical leadership

Principal Software Engineer for teams that need production-grade delivery and technical direction without a full-time hire.

I work with CTOs, engineering managers, and founders who need to sharpen architecture decisions, improve engineering practices, and deliver backend systems, integrations, and platforms with higher reliability.

Remote-first, international by default

I work with remote and international teams, communicating in English and Portuguese. The Portuguese version exists for people who prefer to evaluate context, seniority, and fit in Portuguese.

Architecture & Technical Advisory

Technical direction for systems that need to scale with clarity: architecture, standards, boundaries, development practices, reliability, and cloud decisions.

Fractional Principal Engineer

Senior technical leadership without a full-time hire: PR review, mentoring, team unblocking, solution design, and ownership of critical implementation paths.

How I help

  • Define engineering guidelines, standards, and quality criteria.
  • Assess existing architecture and propose pragmatic evolution paths.
  • Support implementation of APIs, integrations, distributed systems, and cloud-native services.
  • Reduce technical risk in critical projects through review, mentoring, and hands-on execution.

Technical foundation and context

  • Software Engineering degree from Federal University of Goias.
  • 10+ years building production systems.
  • Experience across financial services, payroll/HCM, procurement, energy, payments, retail, and travel platforms.
  • Core stack: .NET, Node.js, TypeScript, AWS, and Azure.
